  • Moisture Mapping

    The first, and potentially most important part of any water loss, is understanding how bad it is. We will respond at any time, day or night, with professional experts and equipment to help you understand what you’re working with. We provide detailed maps of every affected area, with mitigation recommendations. We provide these to you and other materially interested parties in real time so work can begin.

  • Moisture Monitoring

    After the initial moisture mapping and demolition, some clients have us continue to monitor both the equipment on site and the drying conditions inside the affected areas. We provide all parties with up to date information so everyone can understand how the project is progressing at a glance. And since an uninterested third party is the one determining what’s still wet and what’s dry, this can also help remove scrutiny from the contractor when it comes time to invoice.

  • Asbestos Testing

    As a restorer, one of my greatest pressure point was trying to adhere to OSHA and EPA regulations, and still provide emergency services. Most inspectors that I dealt with had long lead times and longer wait times for test results, which doesn’t work when you work in emergency services. We aim to correct that. We offer emergency service testing with 24 hour or less turn around times so you can adhere to the regulations, protect your people (and your liability) and still get your job done in a timely manner.

  • Lead Testing

    As restorers, we don’t get to pick the buildings that we work in. Often times, we end up in older buildings with unknown risks. Risks not only to our employees, but to the inhabitants. We help protect everyone involved by inspecting for lead to ensure that you know what you’re facing when you start demolition. And in the case that we do find something, having a third party state the need for PPE and other risk reducing measures can help get things paid for more quickly.

  • Matterport

    Matterport and other 3D imaging methods have revolutionized the claim documentation field. We can capture the real life conditions with everything from quick 360 photos, to full, detailed walk throughs combined with Xactimate sketch files ready to plug and play for your off site estimators.

  • Categorization

    Often times, the category of loss will be up to debate, even if the S500 is pretty clear. As a third party, we will take bacteria tests from multiple areas of the project to verify whether gram negative bacteria exists. Its presence makes it easier to advocate for a “grossly contaminated” loss.

  • Mold Testing

    When it comes to mold remediation, knowing what you’re dealing with is crucial. We provide both pre and post remediation testing so you can guarantee that you have done the job correctly, and not just because you said so. Having a third party conduct thorough testing, ensures that your liability is protected.

  • Appraisal

    More contractors have come to rely on the appraisal clause to help them resolve difficult claims. We have a dedicated team of appraisers/umpires who have the experience and knowledge to help you get your stubborn claims closed out and paid. We evaluate every appraisal through the eyes of contractors and building inspectors, not as engineers or adjusters.

  • Thermal Imaging

    Using the latest thermal imaging cameras, we capture thermal images of all areas that have been affected and generate reports to substantiate our findings in conjunction with our other moisture mapping data.

    Our inspection services are curtailed to the restoration contractor because we WERE restoration contractors.
